This 5 bedroom, 4 bath, plus den home has its own private hot tub outside, and all the amenities you could need. Nearby activities of skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, community pool, tennis courts, shopping, and delicious restaurants are all minutes from the front door.

The space

Located behind the tee box of the 14th hole of the EagleVail golf course, you can enjoy golf, mountain, and valley views, all at the same time.

No matter what time of year, you’ll be comfortable inside our home. Enjoy your private hot tub 24 hours a day. Relax in front of the fireplace in the living room or take advantage of the totally updated, fully-equipped kitchen. When it’s time to eat, there’s room for ten around the dining table, or pop back out onto the deck for dinner if the weather is nice. 

Downstairs in the finished basement, you’ll find the playroom/den, with a comfy couch and Smart TV, as well as toys for the kids. When it’s time to call it a night, five comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to 12 people (add two more for the sleeper sofa in the loft).

The EagleVail Golf Club is conveniently located 1.5 miles away. Mountain biking and hiking trails are easily accessible during the summer as is the Eagle River where you can enjoy nearby fishing, white water rafting and kayaking.
