Randy Schouten
Randy graduated with a BA from Western Michigan University and began his career with Deloitte & Touche, where he became a Certified Public Accountant. He later earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
After discovering a passion for property management, Randy started his own property-management business in 1995. He has managed private residences ever since while living in Colorado’s mountains.

Jeff Long
Jeff brings experience across vacation-rental management, short- and long-term residential rentals, owner relations, property refurbishments, real estate brokerage and business development.
His understanding of both property management and real estate sales enables him to share practical industry insight with homeowners and investors.
