Website purpose

This website provides general information about Peak Property Management LLC, available accommodations, service areas, property-management services and Colorado mountain communities. Website content is informational and does not by itself create a management, brokerage, landlord-tenant or other professional relationship.

Reservations and service agreements

Accommodation availability, pricing, fees, taxes, deposits, cancellation terms and house rules are confirmed during the booking process and may change before a reservation is completed. A reservation is not binding until it is accepted through the applicable booking platform and all required payment and terms are completed.

Property-management, home-watch, concierge, real-estate and rental services are governed by a separate written agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that service.

Property estimates and performance information

Revenue estimates, occupancy examples and market information are illustrative only. Actual results depend on location, property condition, licensing, owner availability, pricing, seasonality, market demand, expenses and other factors. We do not guarantee income, occupancy, appreciation or investment results.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep information useful and current, but listings, amenities, photographs, local-guide content, regulations, business information and links may change. You should verify material details before booking, visiting a venue or making a property decision. We may change or discontinue website content or functionality without notice.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful personal and business inquiries. You may not interfere with its operation, bypass security, submit false or malicious information, scrape content at scale, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code or use the website to violate another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Peak Property Management name, branding, website design, original copy and owned media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use, but may not reproduce, publish or commercially exploit our content without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
