The condo complex includes a year-round hot tub and seasonal pool right along the Eagle River.
Enjoy world-class fun Beaver Creek, Avon and Vail Resorts, for skiing, ice skating, hiking, golf, SUP, fly fishing, and year-round festivals/concerts. The convenience store is right across the street and Walmart/Home Depot and an array of restaurants are a minute away.
There is also access to the Avon city bus system right outside the complex, or for skiing there’s an option to drive 1.5 miles to the Beaver Creek parking lot for $10. The Avon local community center offers a free and convenient shuttle to Vail’s Gore Creek ski base as well.
