The space

One Riverfront has everything you could possibly need for the perfect vacation. This new residence has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Spacious open concept living room and kitchen with a balcony.
Enjoy all the incredible views of Beaver Creek Village walk down to the river just outside your door steps.
Pool and hot tub on property with roof top bar.
All of the amenities of The Westin including the year round salt water lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness facility, ski valet, ski shuttle to both resorts and the gondola connecting you to Beaver Creek are within a short walking distance.
This home is one of the closest to The Westin and Riverfront Lodge as well as the incredible walkability to Nottingham Lake, Avon shopping and restaurants.

Other things to note

A couple of details for you to note:
– No pets, no smoking.  HOA rules!
– We have a garage that can fit one car and another car can fit in the driveway.  If you have additional details please let me know in advance so I can give you some options
– Westin resort fee is $45 per day.  That must be paid to the association upon obtaining your resort access key.  It is not included as part of your reservation fee.
– Beaver Creek Ski Resort closes April 16
Pack and play available upon request.  Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.
