Enjoy fly fishing in solitude right from our backyard. Enjoy the recreation path year-round. Beaver Creek Express Lift is easily within walking distance! Easy access to the free Avon bus system. Rest days are best spent here at your 2-bedroom vacation home, offering a sprawling interior with a fireplace. Perfect home base for your vacation!

The space

Your home away from home is very close to the free shuttle at the Bear Lot, and the Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. No need to find parking and lug your ski n ride equipment through town. If you have little kids, you know how hard that can get!

From the oversized couch to an open-concept living space, we pride ourselves on making your vacation the best it can be and that starts with the cleanliness and amenities of our condo. Relax and enjoy luxury finishes and furniture. We hope you’ll have the perfect mountain vacation! Once in the condo, put up your feet and relax. We have a Smart tv and internet. You can sit in front of the fireplace and read a book, or stare at the trees from bed.

Local wildlife is abundant. We are outdoor enthusiasts friendly. We have traveled all over the world, mainly to areas with spectacular natural environments, and have received great hospitality. We hope to provide travelers and vacationers with all of the things we value most in our accommodations when we travel. We have furnished the house with all the items we use on a regular basis to support outdoor adventuring and make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our house has ample room for you to spread out all of your gear and local guide books to help you plan for your next day’s adventure. To help after your day in the mountains, we have a high-capacity washer & dryer and lots of hanging hooks to organize or dry out all of your gear. We are both avid adventures and can give suggestions on the area’s best climbs, skis, and hikes. The cabin has both propane heat and a great wood-burning stove for your enjoyment.

After your day exploring the Vail Valley you will enjoy our home’s open living space which invites togetherness and easy conversation.

Other things to note

We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime! However, we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:
– Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
– Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
– Please keep the barking and chewing under control
– Please do not leave your pet unattended.
– Please keep all your pet’s food inside at all times. A lot of wild animals in the area.
– There is a $40 per pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest. Please leave this on the counter upon departure.
