Eagle River is nearby for fishing, white water rafting, and kayaking.

The upper level of this duplex features a spacious open floor plan that combines the fully equipped kitchen, living room with ample seating, large flat-screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, dining tables, and deck with gas grill. This level also features a large master suite and bathroom.

The entry-level features a tiled foyer accessed from both garage and front door entrances and includes storage for winter and summer gear. Bedrooms 2 and 3, each with a new queen bed and 32” flat screen TV’s share a full bath. This level also includes the laundry room and patio/yard access.

This home sleeps 8 in 4 beds. The large L couch can also sleep 2 additional people if needed.
